Federal security installation — hybrid solar
Off-grid capable hybrid system delivering continuous power to a critical installation in a remote district with no reliable grid.
We design, build, own and operate solar, storage and water-pumping assets across Balochistan and beyond — for federal projects, donor programmes, industry and agriculture. Where others won't mobilise, we already work.
What we are
EcoNova began as a solar EPC contractor. It now also develops and finances generation assets, and builds the software layer that runs them.
Turnkey hybrid, on-grid and off-grid solar; VFD tubewell systems; lithium storage integration; solar street lighting. Survey to commissioning to long-term O&M, under a certified quality system.
We develop, structure the financing for, build and operate generation assets — so the offtaker buys electricity or availability rather than equipment. Utility solar, C&I rooftop, storage and hybrid systems from 1 MW upward.
Operational software for energy and public-service workflows: asset and fault triage, tender and compliance automation, and multilingual service agents built for the languages our region actually speaks.
Delivered work
Every photograph below is from an EcoNova site. Capacities and locations are as built.
Off-grid capable hybrid system delivering continuous power to a critical installation in a remote district with no reliable grid.
Large hybrid installation sized for uninterrupted operation of critical medical services through grid outages and load shedding.
Hybrid systems rolled out across multiple school sites, bringing lighting and daytime power to institutions previously running on nothing.
VFD-driven solar pumping replacing diesel across farms and small communities — removing fuel cost entirely from irrigation.
Plant-room builds: parallel inverter banks, protection, battery strings and monitoring — commissioned and documented for handover.
Custom-fabricated elevated arrays and carport structures where roof area is constrained — designed, fabricated and erected in-house.
Institutional delivery
National EPC firms and donor programmes hold the contracts. When the site is in Balochistan, the mobilisation, installation and long-term O&M is frequently ours.
Operations and maintenance delivery on commercial solar installations at remote federal sites, engaged through the principal national contractor.
Installation and O&M scope on multiple UN-funded facility projects, including law-enforcement premises, delivered under national implementing partners.
Direct bidding and delivery for provincial departments, INGOs and institutional buyers — including full BOQ, compliance and documentation packs.
Tubewell and community water-supply solarization for district-level stakeholders and individual growers across Balochistan.
EcoNova's role on programmes referenced above is as engaged subcontractor to the principal contractor or implementing partner. Client names, contract references and completion certificates are provided under NDA during prequalification.
Develop · Finance · Build · Operate
For projects from 1 MW upward, capital expenditure is usually the reason nothing gets built. So we take it off the table.
EcoNova develops the project, arranges the financing, builds the asset, and operates it for the life of the contract. You sign a long-term agreement and pay for electricity delivered — or for guaranteed availability — from the day the plant energises. No capital outlay, no procurement risk, no O&M organisation to build.
The structure suits industrial and commercial offtakers with heavy tariffs or unreliable supply, distribution companies seeking generation capacity without balance-sheet exposure, and public-sector sites where capital budget is the binding constraint rather than need.
Scope covered end to end: feasibility and yield modelling, site and land, system design, grid and regulatory interface, procurement, EPC, commissioning, monitoring, and full-term operations and maintenance.
Financing structures are arranged with project-finance partners and are subject to due diligence, offtaker creditworthiness and financial close. Indicative terms are issued after a site and load assessment.
Consumption profile, tariff analysis, site survey, yield model.
Tariff or availability fee, contract length, escalation, performance guarantees.
Project structuring with finance partners; conditions precedent cleared.
EPC delivery under ISO-certified process, commissioning and handover to operations.
Monitored O&M for the contract term, with transfer at end of term where agreed.
Development pipeline
Projects under active development. Stage is stated honestly — none of the below is presented as operational.
Grid-connected solar generation developed for long-term power purchase, with land, interconnection and offtake structuring under way.
Storage capacity paired with generation for firming, peak shifting and reliability — for industrial offtakers and grid-support applications.
A data centre for AI workloads powered primarily by on-site solar generation and battery storage, developed to place compute where clean generation is cheapest rather than where the grid happens to be strongest. Site, power architecture and partner structuring in progress.
Pipeline projects are at the development stage indicated and are not yet financed, constructed or operating. Detail is released to counterparties under NDA.
Applied AI & data
Our technology work comes out of running plant in difficult places — the operational problems we automate are ones we have had ourselves.
Turning inverter alarms, generation data and site logs into a ranked dispatch list, so a small O&M team covers a large, scattered fleet.
Parsing tender packs and BOQs, extracting scope, flagging gaps and drafting the compliance matrix — built from years of bidding institutional work ourselves.
Voice and messaging agents for customer and field intake in Urdu, Balochi, Brahui and Pashto — production capability in regional languages almost nobody else supports.
Ethically sourced, consent-based speech and text data collection in Balochistan's languages, for organisations building systems that must work here.
Generation, availability and savings reporting for offtakers and donors, in the formats their audit and reporting cycles actually require.
Secure deployment in the client's own cloud environment, with documented data handling, access control and retention policy from day one.

Get in touch
Whether it's a 10 kW school roof or a multi-megawatt plant you'd rather not fund yourself, the first conversation is the same one.
For an EPC quotation — site location, roof or land area, connected load or monthly units consumed, and whether you need backup through outages.
For a zero-capex power agreement — twelve months of electricity bills, site location and area, and your current tariff. We return an indicative tariff and term after assessment.
For tender or prequalification — the tender reference and deadline. We can provide registration documents, ISO certification, bank details and completion references on request.
Company registration, certification and financial documents are supplied directly to procurement teams during prequalification.
